The tips are explained in depth, and in simple, relatable language. They've been circulating on social media, perhaps because this is one of the clearest windows into the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy process and what it has to offer in terms of resources for everyday life.

 

I haven't had the experience of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy treatment, but the approaches outlined here seem potentially useful for everyone, even outside the context of the treatment modality. Maybe there's something here that can be helpful for many of us?
